{"id":2716,"date":"2025-08-09T15:09:48","date_gmt":"2025-08-09T15:09:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/udruga-lumen.hr\/?page_id=2716"},"modified":"2025-08-09T15:09:48","modified_gmt":"2025-08-09T15:09:48","slug":"tc-timetable-crafting-lab-in-poland","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/udruga-lumen.hr\/en\/tc-timetable-crafting-lab-in-poland\/","title":{"rendered":"TC \u201cTimetable Crafting Lab\u201d in Poland"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Empowering Youth Work: LUMEN Team at \u201cTimetable Crafting Lab\u201d in Poland<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier this summer, our members <strong>Petar, Esra, and Marko<\/strong> had the opportunity to take part in the international training course <strong>\u201cTimetable Crafting Lab\u201d<\/strong>, held in the charming city of <strong>Zamo\u015b\u0107, Poland<\/strong>, and hosted by our long-time partner <strong>Heureka Generator<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main goal of the training was to strengthen participants\u2019 skills in creating <strong>effective, engaging, and well-structured educational programs<\/strong> for youth work. Over several days, youth workers from different countries came together to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Share experiences<\/strong> from their own organizations and projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Analyze real-life examples<\/strong> of well-designed and poorly-designed timetables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reflect<\/strong> on what makes a youth program truly engaging, meaningful, and impactful.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to timetable design, the training also explored:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Intercultural learning<\/strong> \u2013 building understanding and respect across cultures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team building<\/strong> \u2013 fostering trust and cooperation in diverse groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Balancing structure and flexibility<\/strong> \u2013 finding the sweet spot in non-formal education where planning meets creativity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our team came back full of <strong>new tools, fresh perspectives, and innovative ideas<\/strong> for shaping future <strong>Erasmus+ youth exchanges<\/strong> and training courses. The experience reminded us that a good program is not just about what\u2019s on paper \u2013 it\u2019s about creating the right conditions for meaningful connections and learning to happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A big thank you to <strong>Heureka Generator<\/strong> for the warm hospitality, inspiring sessions, and for creating such a welcoming space for professional growth and intercultural exchange.
