We had the opportunity to participate in the Erasmus+ training course "Mirror, mirror of my roles" in Klaffer Am Hochficht, Austria, hosted by Kinderfreunde Mühlviertel. The project brought together participants to explore the topic of leadership in youth work. Throughout the training, we reflected on the various roles we take on, shared best practices, and developed skills to become more effective leaders in our communities. Beyond the workshops, the intercultural exchange and connections with international partners made this an inspiring experience that will strengthen our future projects.#Kinderfreunde #Erasmus #lumen_ngo #ErasmusPlus #TrainingCourse #Leadership
