🇭🇷 **Tri člana udruge LUMEN uspješno su sudjelovala na Erasmus+ treningu "Beyond Words" u Austriji! 🇦🇹**Od 15. do 22. lipnja naši su predstavnici sudjelovali na međunarodnom ERASMUS+ treningu "Beyond Words" u Klafferu (Austrija), zajedno sa sudionicima iz osam europskih zemalja. Tijekom tjedan dana razmjenjivali su iskustva, razvijali komunikacijske i facilitatorske vještine te učili nove metode rada s mladima kroz neformalno obrazovanje.💬 Trening je bio iznimno kvalitetno organiziran, ispunjen inspirativnim radionicama, korisnim alatima i međunarodnim umrežavanjem. Stečena znanja i iskustva naši će članovi primijeniti u budućim aktivnostima udruge LUMEN i radu s mladima u lokalnoj zajednici.Veliko hvala organizatorima i svim sudionicima na nezaboravnom iskustvu! ❤️🇪🇺---🇬🇧 **Three members of LUMEN successfully participated in the Erasmus+ training course "Beyond Words" in Austria! 🇦🇹**From 15 to 22 June, our representatives took part in the ERASMUS+ international training course in "Beyond Words" t Klaffer, Austria, together with participants from eight European countries. Throughout the week they exchanged experiences, strengthened their communication and facilitation skills, and explored new non-formal education methods for working with young people.💬 The training was exceptionally well organised, full of inspiring workshops, practical tools, and valuable international networking opportunities. 📚🇪🇺 Empowering Youth Through Participation and Non-Formal Education🇭🇷 Tijekom treninga održanog u Alquevi naši su predstavnici sudjelovali u međunarodnoj aktivnosti posvećenoj jačanju socijalnog i građanskog sudjelovanja mladih. 🌍 Članovi naše udruge sudjelovali su na nedavno održanom međunarodnom sastanku u gradu Grudziądz u Poljskoj.Ovaj „PBA & Evaluation Meeting” organiziran je u sklopu programa Erasmus+ od strane organizacije EUROMED EVE Polska. Na sastanku su sudjelovali partneri iz brojnih europskih zemalja, kao i zemalja Bliskog istoka i Sjeverne Afrike.Tijekom susreta razmijenjeni su primjeri dobre prakse, analizirani dosadašnji rezultati suradnje te postavljeni temelji za nove međunarodne projekte i buduća partnerstva. "Na sam Dan državnosti posebno je važno naglasiti da rijeke, šume i priroda nisu samo resurs, već su dio našeg identiteta. Brinuti o njima znači brinuti o našoj budućnosti i našoj zemlji", is...We just wrapped up an amazing experience participating in the Erasmus+ Partnership Building Activity (PBA) "CARE - Supporting Mental Health and Wellbeing through Quality Youth Work" in Szeged, Hungary, hosted by YOPA - Youth for Participation Association. The timing could not have been more perfect, as we also got to celebrate the incredible 20th birthday of our host organization, YOPA! The main focus of the project was centered heavily on Youth Goal 5 of the European Youth Strategy, which aims to improve youth mental health and wellbeing. Throughout the activity, we worked on building vital youth workers' competences, sharing ready-to-use tools like daily check-ins, mindfulness routines, and compassionate communication, and establishing safer spaces for young people. Beyond the learning sessions, the PBA served as a powerful networking hub. We built strong new partnerships and co-created concrete ideas for future follow-up projects. Together with European partners, we mapped out joint pathways and laid the groundwork for future Erasmus+ initiatives—including Youth Exchanges and Cooperation Partnerships—to scale these essential mental health tools.We are excited to bring these new insights back to our community! #LumenNGO #ErasmusPlus #YOPA
