O1: Ecological thinking in non-governmental organizations – We want to improve knowledge and competences of young people youth workers regarding ecological topics and sustainability through 3 activities – 2 seven days Youth Exchanges and 1 eight day training course in 36 months with 10 partner organizations. Encouraging young people towards a better understanding of ecology and environment protection, matter that affects both the rural and urban space and the way in which Europe is dealing with this problem; promoting healthy lifestyles and sustainable living through non-formal education, creative and artistic expression; and as a main objective, thanks to non-formal education method participants will prepare in international teams and produce workshop with local youth and students, and then together they will find common solution to transfer messages to others through creative means in a forms of art available for public to see.

This objective is linked to continuation of raising ecological sense in young people and youth workers. Moreover the link with the Youth sector will be increased awareness about ecological challenges in European Union and surrounding countries, increased awareness on the negative impact that xenophobia, racism and discrimination have by exchanging cultural aspects and tradition, the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities: economical, geographical and social, promoting healthy lifestyles and sustainable living through non-formal education, creative and artistic expression, the development of soft skills, improving competences, self-assessment, individual and group learning, by the use of non formal methods and promotion of its role and benefits regarding ecology.
