The training course is designed as a space to incubate ideas, test methods and exchange good practices in creativity and brainstoming. The participants develop new key-competences and will extend their capacity to implement interactive activities at local level for NEET youngsters and for those with fewer opportunities.
During the 9 days, the participants will test non-formal education methods on creativity, brainstorming, they will solve briefs for real challenges of youth organisations where they will generate innovative solutions. In the last days, under the guidance of the trainers team, they will co-create an e-learning platform with a MOOC about creativity for young people.
